Julian has been a partner in Colin Biggers & Paisley’s Construction & Engineering team since 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience in providing legal solutions to government entities, principals, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Julian’s practice spans projects across the Asia Pacific and Australia, advising on all aspects of project documentation. He is also experienced in dispute resolution, alternative dispute resolution, claims management, litigation, adjudication under Security of Payment legislation, statutory liability defences, and insurance to avoid, minimise, and resolve conflicts.
